Where did the "designers" hide our return reserve information in the new and improved parts workbench plus?

Order Management > Customer Exceptions,Returns & Claims > Material Returns > Material Return Balance.

They REALLY hid it, When you get to the page, Click the star on the upper right hand side (This will favorite it and keep it on your PWB+ mainpage) So you dont have to go digging for it

Cool, thanks. I did find it after digging around, so used to the old workbench. Will add to "favorites".

What about printing? I have some Concealed Damage claims, and when printing the invoices, they are very faint (I've also noticed other pages print the same way). Anyone know a workaround, other than running it thru a copier on the darkest setting?

Are you downloading the PDF (right upper side I have my cursor on) and printing them that way?

YES, we do the same as C8RFAN, and it seems to help with the issue.

That's exactly what I needed. I was doing, basically, a screen print. This is SO MUCH better!! Thank You!

I do it that way for every single page in PWB+, pain in the butt, but it does print out correct.

Glad to help!
