Posted: Wed Nov 23, 2022 3:52 pmI too have tested the waters of just using our DMS generated special order to get these parts and have not had an issue. For the last week or so, all have been ordered this way just in an attempt to reduce special order paperwork and keep everything more organized. So far, so good.

are we supposed to order new parts to replace the 13533767 that we already have here for customers, and if so, is there a special return for them?

There is a contact listed at the bottom of the release, Bridgette may know for sure. Thankfully, I didn't have any to worry about.
