Material Return? What am I doing wrong?

So, yesterday I submitted 2 returns via PWB+, 1 as "01-monthly return plan" using my return reserve, went through and approved easily.
I put in for "11-CSO Returns" for my service go backs, aka 35% restocking fee return...

The first time I did it, I did include the order #, line item, shipping facility ect, Filled out the form to a T. Rejected.
Second, quick and dirty, part numbers and qty only, Rejected.

Slept on it, tried this morning, Rejected
We only just got the go-ahead to start doing these and charging them back to service, (I havent done one in at least 2 years...especially not on PWB+) and go figure the first one I cant even get rid of this stuff

What am I missing?

How long have you had the parts that you are trying to do the CSO11 returns on? I believe you only have 12 months to return parts using that option.

Customer Special Order Return (CODE 11)
All parts ordered CSO by PASE Terms Dealers earn 1% return reserve and can be returned following
the normal return reserve guidelines. If the dealer chooses not to return the parts using their return
reserve, they can return the part using a MR11 return. However, all MR11 returns will be assessed a
35% restocking fee. MR11 returns can be made for any part ordered via CSO up to 365 days from the
date the parts were shipped.
In the event a customer does not return for a mechanical service part ordered as a special order CSO,
CSO3, CSO4 or CSO5, a Non-PASE Dealer may return the part without having the part charged against
the Dealer’s return reserve. There is no line dollar limit, but packaging standards and merchandise
pack quantities apply. Non-PASE Dealers have up to 45 days to apply for a MR11.

It still won't reject though, they will just send you paperwork stating they are Non returnable/no CSO purchases available

Other thing I realized.. We did fall off PASE by 1/2 a percent for NOV .. I suppose it is possible that was bouncing it?

I did only include the 4 parts that were CSO return indicator = Y, Still rejected

Back to thinking being off PASE has something to do with the rejection :?

Thank you Smoyer... I knew about it barring RIM return...I didnt know it crossed to CSO also

I'll just have to wait until we are back in the good graces and resubmit.

Thank you for the info!

To be specific, if you are off-Pase you have 45 days to return specifically Seat Belts and Mechanical parts only.
It also requires you to provide RO number, name of customer, and reason for return.
Meaning, no collision parts and your shop better know what you don't need quickly. Unless you know you're gonna be missing out on PASE for awhile, I'd just wait and do it next month.
This info is on page 71 of the Parts Policies and Procedures Manual.

Globalconnect>apps>parts>Service and parts policy and procedures manual

It's a fun read, if you're in to the horror genre.
