Sales loyalty

Looking at my unrecognized sales numbers this morning, GM does not recognize over half of my sales.
Oil, filters, tires etc. are counting against me. All are "valid" GM numbers in workbench. Am I the only one?

Ours is the same way, even on the new part numbers for bulk oil. The filters are new part numbers as well. It would be nice if they kept up with their own changes across the board.
