Is the Chat down for anyone else? When I try to login, I get "Your ID cannot be validated, please contact your Dealership Partner Security Coordinator for assistance."

Just tried to make a SPAC case for a Buick Enclave that Parts Workbench won't let me do because it says the part doesn't fit that vehicle. Chatted with 2 different agents and was told I had to call DPAC. What good is CHAT?

i was under the impression that when you are doing a chat that you are talking to a DPAC rep.
