PSA for CDK users

If you don't have UPQ running in your daily job stack, make sure it is.

Today I came across an RO that we quoted parts back in March on and was left open for approval by the customer. Today they approved it, and I had a part that I needed to procure from a local dealer. When I went to change the cost of that part on the RO, I noticed that is the cost from the dealer was like 200% over the cost shown on the RO. I then checked in PM and the cost was also higher than it showed on the RO. I then went to PWB to check the cost and it was the same as PM was showing. I then contacted CDK to see what the issue might be, and right away they asked if UPQ was running in our daily job stack. Come to find out it was not, so they set it up for us. Now when a quote is billed out in the next month, and after PMU runs, the costs should update. After several years of trying to figure why our #'s don't match with the office, I believe that we found a big part of the problem. :?
