Are you sure the VIN# doesn't call for part # 84421595?
Double check it in 02.195 group #...
Somehow I ended up with 3 of them by ordering both part numbers on accident.

If you need one let me know; I can SPRINT you one.

As soon as you put the order in, add the SPAC. Waiting until the next day is why it died.

WHEN I PLACE THE ORDER IT GOES UNDER REVIEW . IT NEVER GIVES ME THE OPTION TO UPGRADE TO SPAC.

IDK

I DID RECEIVE 84421595 THOUGH AFTER CALLING AND MANUALLY ORDERING AND ADDIND SPAC CASE.

I DONT WANT TO DO THAT WITH ALL THESE ORDERS

I've been able to upgrade all of them the only ones that cancelled are the ones that we used the same VIN for more than once.

Much easier to manually upgrade on Live Chat if it is functioning properly

We order 84421595 as CSO. It backorders immediately then we go into ParttimeWorkbench+ and upgrade the SPAC in the backorder section. They are averaging 2 days from order date.

If it helps, here's what I got in the latest email for the Park Assist.:

Retrofit Programs Heated Steering Wheel N222371151, Park Assist N222375790 & N222375791 Field Action
Subject: Retrofit programs for Heated Steering Wheel N222371151 and Park Assist N222375790 & N222375791 field actions.

Description:

GM CCA is obtaining the parts for vehicles involved in the subject Retrofit programs. Because these are Review 1 (National Control) parts, all orders are being reviewed prior to fulfillment.

We are only releasing these parts to VINs that are associated with the Retrofit Recall.

All VINs must have one of the Retrofit recalls associated with it: N222371151, N222375790 or N222375791.
These VINs are being released in phases. If a VIN has not been included in the Retrofit recall, please do not order the parts yet.

Instructions for placing orders:
Place a CSO order
Add a SPAC case at the same time the order is placed
Any CSO order without a SPAC case will be cancelled

Once the part is ordered, the VIN is removed from the Retrofit campaign and any subsequent order will cancel.

If the part is ordered for the same VIN by more than one dealer, the orders received after the first one will cancel because the system will show the part already ordered for that VIN.

Any escalations concerning Retrofit N222371151, N222375790 or N222375791 should be emailed to USCCA_RETROFIT ISSUES

Make sure to include dealer parts code, part number, control #, order # and details of the situation.
This email address is intended for issue escalation, not to place or upgrade orders.
Use this email address if an order needs to be replaced due to special circumstances (ie: ordered wrong part in error or part arrived damaged)
It should also be used if there is a safety issue that is not included in the Retrofit campaigns
