This one is the best. Need 2 15912027 gaskets. Philadelphia is out of them. 051 has 278 in stock. They backorder on a CSO order. I try to put a SPAC case on them, no go doesn't fit the vehicle. Call DPAC am told because the parts are in transit to 006 a SPAC Case cannot be put on them. So, I answer back with 051 has 278 force the other there, their answer is NOPE can't do it, stock is coming in the week of June 5th to my facing PDC!! I explain this is a car in shop situation, and she still says nothing she can do. I ask her for her name and extension so when my customer wants to contact GM he can contact her directly since she will not force the order to 051. She answers with call your District Manager for help. If this is what the future holds for GM, I am really sorry I came back to GM.

After years of treating us like crap they have started treating their customers like they do us.

And another reason I want to get as far away from GM as I can.

could you not just cso-3 them? I know gm should do their job, and you shouldn't have to pay the shipping charge, but what ever it takes to get the job done

Tried that and it cancelled, BUT the good news is, they released it last night out of 051! Just like I requested!! I got away from GM for 8 years, kinda wish I never got back! LOL
