Any Tekion dealers on here that have done a physical inventory yet. Just preparing myself for the fiasco I am sure it will be. Any feedback would be appreciated. TIA

Did my first as a parts manager last year (2022) and it can be a little tricky. Depends on how experienced your inventory people are and how well they know Tekion themselves. They can kind of walk you thru it. Do good bin checks yourself prior to it beginning and it should be pretty breezy but that also depends on how many $s your inventory is, ours was roughly $300k in parts. Ours took roughly a full 8-9 hours, starting at 7AM with a 45 min lunch break mid day. Some of the features in the Physical Inventory tab of tekion make write ins and On-hand adjustments pretty easy once the count is done. GOOD LUCK
