Delco pads are terrible now. Nothing but complaints. Back to OEM for us

I was wondering if we were the only ones having a noise issue.

It's that new 2nd Generation Copper Free Friction Formula. They've been enhanced.

Same problem here lately, noise with front and rear pads. SUV brakes are the worst.

We have had many complaints also Partec has no cases though when i contacted ACDelco they had lots of complaints however no fix. Even some factory pads are having noise issues. All pads with the 3 leaf symbol on the part label are copper free and by 2025 all brake pads have to be copper free to be able to sell them thanks to a law passed in California. Brake anti-squeal helps though not a permanent fix. Factory pads are too expensive to sell most of the time and on the other hand for me I have over $20k in ACDELCO professional pads on the shelf i would expect noise from the silver line

I would love to stock only OE pads and rotors but the price point is out of control. This nonsense of having three and four choices is a bunch of crap.

We started using BG stop squeal on EVERY brake job a while back. It's in the menu price. I haven't had a problem since we started that.

We have also. Doesn’t seem to help us.
