How many airbags, modules, etc have we all been busting our A$$E$ trying to order the past few months? And now this morning, I get an answerback for an 84304240 airbag I ordered CSO for a customer coming in next week, only to find it was CANCELLED, with the words "Cancelled Order. DRO/STOCK ONLY".

Are you f***ing KIDDING me ?!?!??!? I can't cso an airbag, I can only order them for stock/dro to sit on my shelf?!? Jezuz H. Christmas, General. Haul your heads out already!!! I just laugh, because this corporation is nothing but a gigantic joke these days, it seems.

H code restriction. DRO limit of 5 pieces

I am finding more parts everyday with the same restriction today caliper 13545382 is DRO only all other for vechile are not lifters 12698946 are dro only as are oil lines 86788215 as a rim order also can not be upgraded. This also means that no 35% CSO return if not needed and also no 1% return reserve as DRO orders outside of RIM don't qualify for return reserve according to Policy and Procedures

My DMA is coming in today, I have a special folder ready with all these fucked up orders that keep cancelling, VIN does not apply and now this stupid airbag crap. A mass mailing just went out the other day to get outstanding airbag recalls completed.

E mail came across the wire yesterday, bulletin was dated 6-12-2023, e-mail was sent 6-22-2023 regarding the "New Efficient Up To Date Method" for ordering recall airbags
