Good morning all we are replacing a HUMMER EV battery under warranty at our store and I can find the $500 handling fee for the battery as we get no markup through GM however I keep hearing from people there may be a $600 forklift fee however I can not find any documentation stating this thanks for your help

18-NA-180 does not mention about a forklift fee

There is a $500 mark-up adjustment provided as GMCCA bypasses our normal warranty mark-up of XX% by providing an exchange battery. I would not call it a forklift fee as it is a severely low dollar amount for the amount of investment, training, knowledge, and time required for the parts dept to receive, secure, and assist with the install, let alone the re-boxing and return process.

- gt has another EV battery enroute from Alfred/Spiers
