CDK question

I work at a large wholesale warehouse with multiple lines.
I print my daily invoice list with search, parts invoice search, open invoices and put my EMP number in.
I have it modified to just show invoice numbers, customer name, and age of the invoice.
I pull it over to an excel spreadsheet and print it out.
I am trying to figure out a way to add in a source option to sort.
Either through report generator or search function.
