They changed the button design and kept it a secret.

Posted: Fri Dec 08, 2023 8:59 pmSame place it's always been, from the main Global Connect window, there's a tab at the top for "Support/Chat". When that window opens, the icon ehiatt posted is in the bottom right of the window.
**EDIT** Forgot to add, when I open it in Google, there is no chat button. Lately I've been having to use an incognito window, then it shows just fine.
