A new hire told me one of the managers went on dealer world and pulled up a job description of his official duties, was just curious if anyone has actually seen something like that on there? I don't want to ask the guy because I am trying to actually read it before I confront him about it.

I just went into Global Connect, and searched "Job Description" in the search bar. And there it was, a .docx file. I tried to do a screen shot, but it wouldn't let me. There's a file download that I got, happy to pass it on if needed.

Thanks, does it list like parts and service positions? All I can seem to see are listings for like BDC?

Worked for a foreign manufacturer years ago that had job descriptions for
every job in the dealership from Dealer Principal to parts counter to clean up.
For each parts person it described what their responsibilities were and at the end
it said "and anything else that needs to be done". I used it as a basis for job descriptions
I wrote for my parts personnel.
Write your own, you know what needs to be done, put it in writing for them.
