Thanks! What about customer codes? When you call that number, you have to provide a customer code. Is it specific to location, car, or the time a part was ordered?

They mean YOUR customer code. Your dealer code.

I will make it simple.
If you want DPAC, call 855-462-2737 press 1 for DPAC enter your dealer code then press 1 for DCC (unless you're from Canada, if you are, then press 2). DCC is who you call if you want to add a SPAC, do a SPRINT, get an ETA, place an order, basic stuff like that. If you have questions about invoicing, you will select 3. Pricing is 4 and anything pertaining to claims is 5.

If you have questions that pertain to a part and its function or if it will fit a VIN then you select 2 for ParTech. 1 is RFI, 2 is accessories (never had to call this myself) and then 3-5 depend on who you are. So personally I just hit 1 and then if I am right I am good.

RIM is option 3

Performance parts is option 4

If you are in Canada and need the help desk, option 5

Marine stuff is option 7
