gm answerback shows the spac case closed, spac says gm showed a number change to a number they will never get and cancelled all open orders...

Part time workbench shows it changing to 40009179 which is "NEW PART NOT YET AVAILABLE"... oec shows 10 dealers with that number.

right.. they told me yesterday they would re order for me, so they would not cancel... all cancel again today..

they also told me the 40009179 is a part number they will never get.. but the supersession is out of their control... so no idea how to fix it... i told them it was gm system... and they are gm...
i had 3 spac cases open....had..

You know it's nice knowing I'm not the only one suffering. That's the whole point of the forum I think.

My DPACer wouldn't place the new order for me, so I got to place it myself for a second time to watch it fail again.

Then I opened another case. They are supposed to email me when they figure out what the hell they are doing.

i agree on the forum... i was on here years ago and swtiched dealerships 12 years ago..

i actually got a call back from a lady at spac and told her how stupid this was in terms she could understand. i also have a trim panel for a new pickup that is not set up to even order, but it has a part number..

she promised me a call every week until these were handled.. the valves have stock in shipment as of today she told me... i will post back when i hear something.. she also told me they might go back and re open those spac cases, so keep an eye on your spacs.. i actually got one of the valves a few weeks ago, i bet i got 50 calls for it from other dealers in one day

the lady from gm atually called back today... amazing

she said to watch the orders, they might still cancel, but agreed the orders were valid..

all three of these billed this am.. the lady from dpac called again today to make sure..

if you see angela in the chat deal from gm.. she does a great job.. and actually seems to care...
