yep on chat page it is now a bubble on the bottom right hand side..

Mine doesn't always show when I use Google. Have to use an Incognito window.

Alan, try to refresh the page. Sometimes when I go into the support/chat page, the conversation bubble at the (lower right) bottom is missing until I refresh the page. Not sure why.

I had to load it in google chrome "incognito mode". right click your chrome window and click "new incognito window".
It should be in the bottom right (blue circle with a white chat box icon)...

if you see angela in the chat deal from gm.. she does a great job.. and actually seems to care...

I like Angela and Callamina both! They are always so helpful when I chat in (I mostly use phone but the last agent I talked to on the phone was well, not the best. Avoid April if you can she is very condenscending). Also some dude named Eric. I hang up when he answers. On chat most of them are fairly okay, except Tristian or Trish or something like that. I close out when I see her. But seriously, if you get Angela or Callamina then you are set!
