When that bulletin came out, BOTH part numbers were on backorder. Now, plenty of 19474058! (Our 12674639s came in Jan. 5th after waiting two months.)

There is still a bunch on backorder of 12674639 but there is even more coming in and scheduled and some even in stock. The facilties are just taking their dear sweet time on sending stuff out. 19474058 only has about 900 so enough to cover CSO backorders but not enough for all backorders.
