How is this going since the roll-out last week? Things I don't think others in our area realize:
1)ADW customers are the only Suburban/AOV customers who now are receiving a new Suburban Parts (SPS) account number SEPRATE from their AOV account number (You have to switch between the two accounts in NetSuite)
2)Their NetSuite can be extremely redundant
3)Our delivery drivers were beta testing this and the roll-out is not like the beta. These poor people are taking the brunt of the backlash from SPS/AOV customers.
Any launch will be cumbersome at first, this one is no exception. I falsely believed that it would go much smoother since we were not their initial launch area. I'm wrong a lot.
