Hello all,
This might sound silly, but can someone advise me on where to find information about the warranty process for parts sold over the counter? Brand is GM and I have browsed all of the content I can find in both the operations manuals on global and helps sections in GWM. Our warranty admin is no longer with us.

Okay so when I see no longer with us, I am hoping that means they changed jobs. Have you called the warranty people?

Lol yes sorry for the wording, she actually retired! I tried finding a number on GWM but had no luck. I did talk to one lady from DBC and she told me to refer to my warranty admin :|

If you no longer have a warranty admin, who is processing warranty claims?
