Anyone get their steering wheel airbags in today from 616? There is a new FEDEX PRP label with incomplete instructions on how to return. Just wondering if anyone has inquired into this before I do.

So, I received some extra labels from the email address stated in this post. The correct labels they send you also come with correct instructions. Make sure you order extra labels even if you don't need them to get those correct instructions.

I just packaged my first return and will track it until it arrives to make sure they are accepting of it before I send the rest of them.

Just had 5 come back. No Haz-mat certification provided. Oh well. We tried.

This came out after we tried to send a couple back. The nice lady at FED-Ex sent us labels to return them with , then we got a driver who decided to remove the label, thinking it was incorrect, and that caused a whole different delay. The new labels are supposed to be correct, but I haven't had the opportunity to get another airbag to check if it matches the one from the Fed-Ex lady.

Got another airbag, the label is nearly the same as the one from the FedEx lady. Returned it last week with no problems so far.

The new fedex labels will say Hazmat in black on the fedex label. I have not had any come back with the new labels.

Well, I guess i spoke too soon. Fedex must of been holding them, as they all came back to me today.

Good morning Phil,

I apologize for a bit of a late reply,

If you would not mind, please hold on to them for another week or two. We are working to get rid of FedEx due to all the issues we have been having with them and move to a new method for shipment.
GM will be sending out a bulletin once finalized and should be much easier for all GM dealers.
However, if you would still like me to send over 12 or so labels I can.
