With the ever changing world of lets fee the consumer to death , how do you handle it ? Is anyone charging credit card processing fees , delivery fees , admin fees , restock fees etc..... are you charging to retail , wholesale and / or service drive as well ? Credit card fees are on average between 2.5-3.5% , Tolls for wholesale up and down state roads and bridge fees have creeped between $9-15 , gas prices are at a national average of $3.65 , GM programs ( like OEC ) can cost upwards of over 3000.00 a month when you have all their packages .

restocking fee yes to all, starting tomorrow 3% surcharge on credit cards

body shops no because insurance won't pay it but joe blow garages yes, but we do very little wholesale and plan to keep it that way

Do not care who you are, order parts, bring them back, 35% restock fee. Service department, body shop, wholesale customer be it Joe Blow car repair or Smidths body shop.
3% credit card fee, everyone.

No fees here other than the occasional PIA customer restocking charges.
