I keep trying to submit a damage claim for a part that came in damaged. I run it through the dialogue, for a damage claim with part/package same location damage. I used the order number for both the GM order line and the shipment #. It keeps rejecting and for some reason shows up as a shortage claim, and asks that I run it as a damage claim. Is there something I'm missing?
