N232404980 FOR THE steering wheel airbag and
N212328780 inflator.

Are we supposed to send these used parts back right away or hold them for warranty pay? I was under the impression that we just send them back when the parts are turned in.

The inflator is dying down, but we used to just wait until we had a small pallet and send them back.

But the steering wheel airbag I just send back right away.

thoughts?

i got an email from our gm rep when the label thing was wrong on the first batch of steering wheel ones where the labels were wrong to not send back any airbags until further notice. i asked about this a week ago and have not heard back so far.

Please hold all Takata Airbag Returns until further notice. You cannot return pallets or small quantities by Fedex. We should have more information in the next few days.

Thank You,

I have the new Fedex labels and my local Fedex hub in New York keeps sending the airbags back to me. I am in contact with the airbag shipper but no luck yet! Soon these will be sitting in my storage shed for eternity.
