Anyone having trouble logging in to CDK?
Posted: Wed Jun 19, 2024 2:24 pmWe came in and no one in the dealership can log in to CDK. The phone numbers are not being picked up either. Is this just our store or a national problem?

Posted: Fri Jun 21, 2024 3:53 pmJust saw bulletin GCUS-9-16240. It tells you how to go to RIM and pull up a copy of your inventory that has locations. My concern is what are we going to do about RIM compliance as we sell out and have to reorder.

Posted: Wed Feb 19, 2025 3:15 pmWe had 50/50 that couldn't login. I deleted browsing history from the shipping computer. After that it logged in OK.
