Why does GM keep running out of maintenance parts. This oil filter is on backorder, I am down to 5 left and my ACdelco distributors are out of it as well. So frustrating!

MY LOCAL FMP HAS 3000 IN STOCK. If you have an FMP nearby, they could transfer or ship some in for you

Ours backordered 8/1/24 with original eta of 10/8 to 10/22. Friday I looked and it moved up to 8/19 to 8/26. If PWB+ was functioning this morning, I could look again..............

FMP, add them to your favorites in the D-D Link At one time they were B & I Auto Supply, FMP bought them out a few years ago. During the strike a few years ago, myself and several other parts managers fought with GM and our DMA's to allow us to purchase from them without penalty on the link .

The main warehouse is located in Fort Washington PA, also in Eagan MN. I have several of their locations added to my favorites, sometimes I have to call the Fort Washington location for assistance. We always banter on the phone, hell been dealing with them since the 80's. Recently found out they bought out the warehouse where I started my career back in the late 70's, called up there and spoke to someone that had been there for ages also, threw out a few names, we had a good time laughing.

Swilbs, where are you located? Might be able to assist with getting you to the right people.

Northern, Lower of Michigan

I do not see where Factory Motor Parts has any stores in Michigan, but if you call the Fort Washington PA location, ask for Dolores Augustine 215-643-9393. It would be a UPS shipment unless they have locations or customers that are near you. They show a location in Highland Indiana I have several of their locations saved in my D-D Favorites, sometimes they transfer parts from one location to another or I request UPS.
For me, they have a truck that runs a route in a "big circle" out of Fort Washington PA. Tell her I told you to call, Alan from Charlie Obaugh Staunton VA.
