RIM orders "Held"

Our PDC is 030 Hudson. Over the past number of months, and especially the past 2-3 months, they have been "Holding" RIM orders for an additional day "due to staffing constraints" etc etc. It has now become the norm with our RIM parts not getting re-stocked for at least 3 days.

Is anyone else experiencing this consistently with their PDC?

Each email received always makes it very clear that they are "maintaining the standard of service" but sending the RIM order within 48 hours. LOL!

007 is pretty bad about that as well. Once they get a day behind, it usually takes the rest of the week (if we're lucky) for them to get caught up again.

pull out of chicago actually not bad hardly ever have an issue as far as holding rim orders

we are out of 022 denver... they actually do us a good job.
