BUMP THE COMP

Since the first of the year this has been hit or miss for me. Seems they have gone away from the manual submission, and you have to use collision link. Well collision link is saying the part is on the program and qualifies for $0.0 reimbursement. I went to wholesale parts app, and there is no listing of what parts are bump able. The other spot it says is on GMLam I went there and it downloads Decembers. DMA was of no help.

I'm not 100% sure what you're seeing on CollisionLink, but what we've seen a lot here is that things are written up as OPT OEM parts. The GM part# is on the bump program, however you can't conquest OPT parts. They have to be actual aftermarket or used parts.

We have experienced the same issue starting 1/1/25. We have a few Parts Trader only customers that we service. Losing GMLam has really screwed up our manual price match opportunities. We received a random phone call from OEC asking if we would like to integrate our Parts Trader to OEC CollisionLink. We agreed based off of what we read on the OEC website and also with the conversation had with the OEC salesmen that called us. Being able to price match parts on Parts Trader requests was our only concern.

The OEC Parts Trader integration pages states the following...

"OEM Programs:
Access OEM part programs for PartsTrader orders exclusively in CollisionLink. This gives you the opportunity to competitively price and convert more parts on transactions that contain eligible parts."

We soon found out that the quote requests and orders that populate from Parts Trader have $0.00 reimbursement. Bump the Competition pricing does not populate either. All price match opportunities populate at GM cost+5%. With GMLam manual BTC gone, we are no longer able to use a GM program to properly service our Parts Trader customers. Phone calls have been made to to everyone we can think of. If any of you out there have a resolution to this, it would be GREATLY appreciated.

It is a/m part. This just started with the first of the year. As of today, GMLAM still shows the December parts listing.

Just got off chat with GMLAM and they are no longer listing the parts available for bump. I suggested they update there memo that says they are.

Then I just got off the phone with OEC and they had a glitch were it wasn't pulling the prices. Had to have the body shops resubmit the orders and they are working now.
