damaged sprint shipments

dont know if any of yall are having a rash of sprint damaged shipments like we are..

seems gm changed the input on those.. if not done this way they flat reject..

When a dealer gets a damaged or wrong part via a backorder that was sprinted from another dealer they need to make sure the shipment number from the invoice on the sprint is used for both the shipment and the order number. This is different vs how they submit normally but it will cancel if they use the actual order number from the case.

YES, I have been running into this on every SPRINT I receive damaged, which like you say, seems to be about 75% of them lately.

Don't breathe wrong or it will be rejected.

It is my understanding that those claims need to be filed through RIM. rimda
I know, sounds crazy, but that’s who to submit to.
