How do Dealertrack user's deal with pack quantity? Do you receive the qty order and go into inventory adjustment to receive the remaining? I think that's all we can do. I would like to change it so it will get receipted correctly and pase won't ding me. Just checking what other users are doing. I called Dealertrack they said there is no way to change in stock order screen we must make adjustments.

On a stock order you can use option 5 to receive a different qty than ordered (instead of the typical option 2 for receipting).

System generated Special orders are another beast.

When Dealertrack won't allow to use the option 5 method, I use the "receive by part number" button and manually input the control number followed by a PQ for "package qty".

The impact on PASE compliance is very minimal, I hadn't even considered its impact on compliance as I don't run too close to the edge of being out of compliance.

There is a pack quantity box under part number entry. On the right side middle. Should be what you are looking for.
