Any of you have a chance to pilot the new MR label generation yet? Our PDC (007) is rolling it out and should have us onboarded by July. It looks pretty straight-forward but I know there can be unforeseen issues.

It seems to work pretty well. The only thing that caught me right in the beginning is that the return says that it's approved but depending on what type f return it is the PDC still needs to process it. The document/label download buttons won't be there until they do. Which for us is usually 1 day.

I did a "training" class. They said the return documents should be immediately available, but the PC302 had to wait 24 hours (I think?) before you could print them.

I just did a return and had my paperwork and labels to print within 2 hrs.

Me too, I printed my rim return the next day. I ordered a boat load of stickers before hand.. I like the new system.

did my first rim return yesterday, very easy and no waiting for the drivers to lose our paper wok, and tags

so.. i have tried to get in all of the training, but some how the links and the class is never there..

are ya'll printing the labels on a regular printer like the core tags ?

Yes much like core tags. You need the MR STICKER SHEETS. Go to material return status, and document the application you're working on you will see a H or H F W . Click the H the next screen click document for packing slip and click label and print it out. If you don't have the return label the 1store the item # is PC 5521-MR. Hope this helps.
