okay,here's a good one.When a tech draws a
part and he brings it back for whatever reason cp or warranty, should you simply delete the line or do you credit back the ro
as you would on a counter ticket? my feeling is you would credit the ro in the same manner
as a counter ticket.the scenario here is that
the ro never closed and the car is still in the shop.
