Semi dept seperation

I have a franchise that will be relocated into another facility. However,it will only be for the shop. Retail and wholesale business will not relocate. My inventory will be relocated to the workshop. Volume justifies only one person to move,not so realistic. Sick,vacations etc. I can float one person but that will impact my other franchise and there is the pay issue. Anybody have any suggestions on how to approach this upcoming change??
