How do you define a "pick"? If a part is sold on a repair order one day & removed another day, is that considered a pick? Is it considered a "hit". Or is there no reference to that transaction? Any help would be appreciated.

It would help to know what system you are on.
On ADP each of the transactions is captured. The sale is a hit and the removal, I believe, registers like a negative lost sale wiping out the effect of the hit. But, the history of both transactions is retained and can be viewed in RTH:run transaction history.
