off sight storage

I lost alot of real estate due to our store remodel .I have a remote storage place 10 minutes away.My problem is we are adding more stock there all the time and we use a
outside company for parts drivers.I have been
sending a counterman with the driver to go there and pull parts as needed which can be
several times a day.There has to be a better way! any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you can justify it, hire or move someone to man your warehouse, have him check in all freight, pull orders, etc....
