Just an FYI, I began using the ADP/DOX rep for forms, prior to I had been using R&R. I had a DOX forms consultant come in to my 3 stores and offer their forms expertise. They streamlined and consolidated my forms, stored them and now my department heads simply release them via online-SmartWorks, by calling the sales rep, or calling the toll free customer service. I thought that everyone should be aware of the excellent value added service and cost savings intiatives that the DOX forms rep has been able to provide.
