My question to all of you out there is about the ADP Cash Discovery Program.

1.Of who's using it do you like it?
2. Any pros / cons
3. Do you recommend it?
4. Any better program out there.

I have used it for about a year now. Don't have to many problems as long as the other parties follow the guidelines. The big thing is you really need to be a buyer and a seller so you can offset the hit in gross that you take when selling. Other than that no real problems

What is the ADP Cash Discovery Program?

I'm interested too. I've got way way too much old inventory and I need to start getting it moved.

I've used the Cash Discovery program and it seems to be ok. You get charged a fee though. Now i really like Dealer Parts Trader. They don't charge a fee, but your selling your obs for 45 cents on the dollar. I've gotten rid of alot of stuff. Plus they're good people who will help you through it. They even have a free demo you can look at.

OK, neither of the two links mentioned above will take you to the ADP Cash Discovery Program. I apologize for the delay and will be posting something shortly with regards to this ADP offering.

My contact for ADP (Cash Discovery) is Ann Ralston @ 866-598-4098. I have used them for over a year and sold over 30k with no issues. I sell at 50% of cost and pay adp 7%. I am set up as a seller & buyer but my buying is not near as active as my selling.

OK, here are some details about the ADP CA$H Discovery Program.

Here are the basics:

1.We offer the service for Chrysler, Ford, GM, Honda, Nissan, Toyota and Volkswagen dealers.
2.Clients can choose to sell only, buy only or both sell and buy.
3.The service is a web based app available 24 x 7.
4.Clients have the ability to customize their profiles so that they sell or buy only the parts they want to.
5.Sales transactions are created by comparing the sellers idle parts file to the buying needs of all enrolled buyers; this produces the best possible transaction based on dollar match, proximity and other factors.
6.Once a transaction is created, participating dealers are notified by email or fax that a new opportunity has been created for them.
7.Clients have about 2 business days to review and process the transaction; both clients are free to accept the proposed transaction in whole or make modifications to it.
8.Once a sales transaction is complete, the system produces another transaction for the seller.
9.The CDP service agreement has no one-time fee and no recurring monthly service fee; dealers only pay a small transaction fee when they complete a transaction.
10.To date, we have helped dealers sell over $49 million dollars (at dealer cost) of idle parts inventory.
