Factory Tire Programs

I'm a VW Dealer and was wondoring if any of the other Manufacturers offer a National Tire program to their dealers to purchase all the tires that are on their vehicles from a local source and get billed on the dealer parts statement? Are the prices competitve or is it cheaper to buy from the local source directly? Do you recieve any benefits from the Factory like Puchase discounts, terms of trade, or credit for parts purchases?
