GM Recall Returns

I'm mg at a GM dealership, which my PDC is Jackson. I lost my address to send the forms in to do a recall return. I called my APM, but he gave me the wrong address, & since has never return my request. And I cannot get anyone at the PDC give me the address or return my calls. Does anyone in the southeast region(Jackson PDC) have it? Thank You

look at a packing slip, the mailing address will be on it. Make sure to mark it for the MR dept!!
