PARTS MANAGER PAY

JUST WONDERING HOW MANY PARTS MANAGER PAY PLANS ARE AFTER GROSS TRANSFER TO SERVICE DEPT ,OR WHAT TYPE OF PLAN ARE YOU ON,I AM PAID AFTER GROOSS TRANSFER AND DONT SEEM RIGHT TO ME,ALSO WHAT REPORT DO YOU USE TO SEE THE TRUE GROOS FOR DEPT THAT YOU GET PAID FROM,OR DO YOU GET PAID ONLY FROM MONTHLEY STATEMENT FOR DEPT .
PLEASE HELP WITH THIS INFORMATION

I am paid on gross profit,less policy adjustments,which tend to be minor.My figure comes off the financial statement because we add stock order discounts to gross profit.we also deduct price adjustments ie:parts bought from other dealers.Honda does not generally allow us to claim this as does GM.As far as the transfer you are on your own there.bear in mind we are not all GM dealers.
