Collecting Wholesale/Fleet Allowance

I am from a Chrysler/Dodge dealership with ADP and I've never been taught how to collect the fleet money on our wholesale customers that are eligible. We collect wholesale comp. each month, but not fleet. I would like to stop leaving money on the table but I don't know how. Can anyone help me?
