GM Core Returns
Posted: Wed Jan 31, 2001 2:10 pmDoes GM allow a dealership to return cores not associated with a direct or indirect transmission or engine purchase from GM? I know GM can't restrict a dealership from returning cores just from purchases directly from GM because many are purchasing them from other dealerships who buy by the truckload. Are there any bulletins or passages in manuals that specifically restrict you from returning only cores related to the purchase of a GM engine or transmission?
