thank you sir, I appreciate your comments. Since my 'violent' divorce from ADP, the company that USED to own me (still ownes MNI) in March of 2004, I have rewritten the manual to something more up to date and more in dealing with many of the new things that have been gleaned from the mass of parts managers with whom I have worked. There is also a new website, but I would never contend with Dealersedge (this in an irreplacable forum; and without peer). My site is www.partsconsulting.com and is limited to an information site at the present time. I will continue to encourage all with whom I meet to use, properly, this medium made available by Dealers Edge.
