Transfering parts inventory

We are a Chrysler dealer on R&R and we
are purchasing a Jeep franchise on ADP.
Any ideas on how to transfer the Jeep
inventory into ours?
There are four considerations that I have
thought about:
a) Common parts stocked by both dealers.
b) Common NS parts on both dealers files.
c) Parts stocked by the Jeep dealer not on our file.
d) Parts not stocked by the Jeep dealer
on their file but not on ours.

We also have to bring the sales histories
of these parts into our files.

Anybody ever purchased a dealer of the same manufacturer and had to merge the inven-
tories?
