i am new to rey$rey for as in management. i have used r$r 6 months as a counterman. have anyone used the rey$rey.com site?

did it have good training on building reports for inventory, sop's and part kits.

i plan to setup part kits first. then use the sop system. dealer was still using card system before i came.

turbo59,contact your R&R rep and ask him for a "Knowledge Products" disc. It takes a bit of experimentation but you can usually find the answer to any question you have.

I suggest you get access to my.reyrey.com-- from there, you can access on-line manuals as we well as Reynolds University (RU). RU offers on-line, pre-recorded classes that could help you.

Just go to my.reyrey.com to find out how to register for access.

Yes, Ru Online seems the right source for you. Its easier to get someone to sign you up dialing the 800 # (Takes about 5 minutes)
You will need your store # is signing up yourself
