Automatic Stock Replenishment

I'm new to the forum and was curious. Who is on an ASR program, and how have you dealt with comparisons between your DMS stockorders and whats automatically being replenished? I'm not allowed to order parts that don't qualify in the ASR, yet the parameters that we've set up with our DMS are telling us to stock more.
