COMPANY VEHICLE EXPENSE

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has come up with a creative way of cutting company vehicle expenses. When I have the office run this account out for me I mainly see that my 2 parts trucks, gas, any repairs are the bulk of the amount. I also get charged for deppreciation on the trucks/service rentals. I'm trying to come up with some way of relieving this expense whether it be a gas or delivery charge. Any ideas????
