Probably shouldn't open my mouth but.....I am a RCC APM and last year I lost 6 RCC dealers to direct. All but one constaintly are calling me for help and advice that they can't get from their direct contacts. You won't see our face as often, and we don't get in your face as often, but we're always available and very resourceful as a group.
