How to set up a dual business matrix
Posted: Mon Dec 04, 2000 2:22 pmAny ideas on how to set up a dual business matrix that has equal pricing on common/shared items bulbs, clamps, hose, etc. One business is OEM manufature supplied with some aftermarket sourcing the other is dependent on aftermarket exclusively. Both have same staff and warehouse facilities it just the retail where they overlap is sometime double difference.
